Preliminary Tests For Functional Screening

CCK8 assay will be used to detect the killing effect of the target drugs on the library cells in order to select the appropriate drug concentration for screening. Avoid that too low drug concentration has no killing effect on cells, or too high drug concentration causes all cells to be killed, so that cells cannot be enriched for NGS sequencing.
