Overview

is a cell line stably expressing EGFP protein. This cell line was generated using lentivirus method and enables stable and high-efficiency expression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP). Unlike enzymatic reporter systems, no additional enzymes or substrates are required for signal detection. The cells emit strong fluorescence under UV or blue light excitation without significant quenching and can be detected via in vitro and in vivo bioluminescence assays.

cell line has been optimized to maintain low passage number, high viability, and good condition. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including high-throughput drug screening, in vivo fluorescence tracing, stable cell line construction, and serves as a control cell line in lentiviral infection experiments.
