SMARCA4 (SWI/SNF related BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit ATPase 4) encodes an ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling protein of the SWI/SNF family. It is a component of the BAF chromatin-remodeling complex and uses ATPase activity to alter chromatin structure, thereby regulating transcription of genes that are normally repressed by chromatin. SMARCA4 also interacts with BRCA1 and contributes to regulation of gene expression, including CD44.
PANC-1 is a human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell line established from a pancreatic carcinoma of ductal origin from a 56-year-old male patient. The cell line represents a pancreatic cancer model and is widely used in studies of pancreatic tumor biology, cancer signaling pathways, and therapeutic response mechanisms.
Comprehensive quality control includes STR authentication, sterility testing (bacteria and fungi), and mycoplasma screening to ensure purity and performance. Genotype is confirmed by two rounds of PCR and Sanger sequencing, and complete validation reports are provided for make-to-order products.
