Ubigene gene knockout cell lines mediated by optimized CRISPR-Cas9 technology provide reliable in vitro models for investigating gene function, signaling pathways, disease mechanisms, and therapeutic targets.
ZCCHC14 (zinc finger CCHC-type containing 14) encodes a zinc finger-containing protein predicted to participate in nucleic acid- and phosphatidylinositol-binding processes. The protein is also predicted to bind zinc ions, consistent with a potential role in molecular interactions involving nucleic acids or cellular membranes. Its specific biological functions and regulatory pathways remain incompletely characterized, providing a basis for functional studies of this protein.
AGS is a human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line established from a primary stomach tumor of a 54-year-old female patient who had not received prior anticancer treatment. The cells are derived from gastric adenocarcinoma and are used as a model for studying gastric cancer biology, tumor-related signaling pathways, infection-related mechanisms, and therapeutic responses. AGS cells have been reported to carry persistent parainfluenza virus type 5 (PIV5) infection.
Before delivery, each clone is authenticated by STR, tested for sterility and mycoplasma, and genotype‑verified by two‑round PCR‑sequencing. Comprehensive QC data accompany every shipment to support reproducible research.

Cas9 cell lines in our cell bank can stably express Cas9 protein. Each Cas9 Stable Cell Line is easy to use and enables gene knockout simply by transfecting gRNA, while transfection of gRNA and donor DNA results in gene knock-in or point mutations
These Cas9 stable cell lines have been used to construct the KO cell lines for various genes, gene KO efficiency 5-10 times improved.
Selected cells, low passages, good cell condition, high activity, applicable for all kinds of gene-editing experiments.
