Ubigene gene knockout cell lines mediated by optimized CRISPR-Cas9 technology provide reliable in vitro models for investigating gene function, signaling pathways, disease mechanisms, and therapeutic targets.
ZFYVE16 (zinc finger FYVE-type containing 16) encodes an endosomal FYVE zinc finger protein involved in membrane trafficking. The protein functions as a scaffold in transforming growth factor-beta signaling and participates in both positive and negative feedback regulation of bone morphogenetic protein signaling. Through its endosomal localization and protein-interaction functions, ZFYVE16 may coordinate membrane trafficking with intracellular signaling pathways.
Established in 1979, LN-229 is a widely recognized and standard human glioblastoma cell line. The line was isolated from cells taken from a patient presenting with a malignant right frontal parieto-occipital glioblastoma (PubMed: 10416987). LN-229 cells adhere stably in culture, displaying an epithelial-like morphology, and are extensively utilized to study apoptotic pathways, cellular autophagy, and tumor suppressor gene interactions within neuro-oncology. Consequently, LN-229 serves as a premier and robust in vitro platform utilized globally for investigating glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) progression mechanisms, blood-brain barrier penetrating candidate drug screenings, and the evaluation of targeted therapeutic modalities.
Before delivery, each clone is authenticated by STR, tested for sterility and mycoplasma, and genotype‑verified by two‑round PCR‑sequencing. Comprehensive QC data accompany every shipment to support reproducible research.

Cas9 cell lines in our cell bank can stably express Cas9 protein. Each Cas9 Stable Cell Line is easy to use and enables gene knockout simply by transfecting gRNA, while transfection of gRNA and donor DNA results in gene knock-in or point mutations
These Cas9 stable cell lines have been used to construct the KO cell lines for various genes, gene KO efficiency 5-10 times improved.
Selected cells, low passages, good cell condition, high activity, applicable for all kinds of gene-editing experiments.
