Ubigene gene knockout cell lines mediated by optimized CRISPR-Cas9 technology provide reliable in vitro models for investigating gene function, signaling pathways, disease mechanisms, and therapeutic targets.
ZNF124 (zinc finger protein 124) encodes a protein containing an amino-terminal KRAB-A domain and multiple C2H2-type zinc finger motifs, consistent with a potential role in transcriptional regulation. ZNF124 expression increases following vascular endothelial growth factor stimulation and has been associated with inhibition of apoptosis induced by irradiation or etoposide in human leukemia cell lines. These findings suggest that ZNF124 may participate in transcriptional control and cellular responses to stress.
A human liver tumor cell line established from the tumor tissue of a 15-year-old Caucasian male in 1975, originally described as a well-differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma and later reclassified by some sources as a hepatoblastoma. The cells produce multiple plasma proteins, including albumin, alpha-fetoprotein, alpha2-macroglobulin, alpha1-antitrypsin, transferrin, and plasminogen. Hepatitis B virus surface antigens have not been detected, and the cells respond to stimulation with human growth hormone.
Before delivery, each clone is authenticated by STR, tested for sterility and mycoplasma, and genotype‑verified by two‑round PCR‑sequencing. Comprehensive QC data accompany every shipment to support reproducible research.

Cas9 cell lines in our cell bank can stably express Cas9 protein. Each Cas9 Stable Cell Line is easy to use and enables gene knockout simply by transfecting gRNA, while transfection of gRNA and donor DNA results in gene knock-in or point mutations
These Cas9 stable cell lines have been used to construct the KO cell lines for various genes, gene KO efficiency 5-10 times improved.
Selected cells, low passages, good cell condition, high activity, applicable for all kinds of gene-editing experiments.
