Ubigene gene knockout cell lines mediated by optimized CRISPR-Cas9 technology provide reliable in vitro models for investigating gene function, signaling pathways, disease mechanisms, and therapeutic targets.
ZNF514 (zinc finger protein 514) encodes a zinc finger transcription factor predicted to bind DNA in a sequence-specific manner, including RNA polymerase II-specific cis-regulatory regions. It is predicted to regulate RNA polymerase II-dependent transcription and to function primarily in the nucleus. ZNF514 may therefore participate in transcriptional control through interactions with regulatory DNA sequences, although its specific targets and biological functions remain incompletely characterized.
The K-562 cell line was established by Lozzio and Lozzio in 1970 from the pleural effusion of a 53-year-old female patient with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in blast crisis. The cells carry the BCR-ABL1 e14-a2 (b3-a2) fusion gene and exhibit characteristics of myeloid leukemia cells, including hemoglobin production. K-562 is a human leukemia cell model widely used for studying CML biology, myeloid differentiation, hematopoietic signaling, and immune cell interactions, including applications as an in vitro target model in natural killer (NK) cell assays.
Before delivery, each clone is authenticated by STR, tested for sterility and mycoplasma, and genotype‑verified by two‑round PCR‑sequencing. Comprehensive QC data accompany every shipment to support reproducible research.

Cas9 cell lines in our cell bank can stably express Cas9 protein. Each Cas9 Stable Cell Line is easy to use and enables gene knockout simply by transfecting gRNA, while transfection of gRNA and donor DNA results in gene knock-in or point mutations
These Cas9 stable cell lines have been used to construct the KO cell lines for various genes, gene KO efficiency 5-10 times improved.
Selected cells, low passages, good cell condition, high activity, applicable for all kinds of gene-editing experiments.
