High-performance Mouse Genotyping Kit

This kit is specially designed for rapid validation of mouse genes which are long (>10kb) and complex.

And it has the features of microscale, high efficiency and accuracy.
Only a 1-2mm mouse tail or toe is needed, and enough DNA templates can be obtained in just 15 minutes for PCR reaction.
No need for DNA extraction and purification, and greatly decrease the cost and difficulty of the experiment.

Enhanced version

The MG-LA Mix in this kit has been optimized and verified for hundreds of experiments, which not only has a strong tolerance to the PCR inhibitors in the unpurified DNA template, but also has a high amplification efficiency (the amplification speed can be as fast as 5 sec/kb), making the rapid and accurate amplification of fragments within 10 kb possible. In addition, MG-LA Mix contains loading dye, which can be directly performed electrophoresis after PCR, so it is time saving and convenient.

Figure 1 shows the electrophoresis result of 5 μL PCR product after amplification of mouse tail lysate with TailAmp Ctrl primers.

Figure 2 shows the electrophoresis results of templates with different lengths (500 bp, 1000 bp, 2000 bp, 3000 bp, 3500 bp, 4000 bp, 5000 bp, 6500 bp, and 8500 bp). The amplification bands in the gel are bright and clear, indicating that this kit can be used for rapid amplification of DNA templates larger than 8kb.
