The matching Direct PCR Taq Mix in this kit has been optimized and has a strong tolerance to the PCR inhibitors in the unpurified DNA. It can achieve one-step PCR validation of mouse tissue. Direct PCR Taq Mix contains loading dye, which can be directly performed electrophoresis after PCR, so it is time saving and convenient.
